A neighbor on Tulls Creek Road said the tint shop causes no traffic, noise, or disturbances and called Kralik a respectful, responsible neighbor.

A 40-year auto repair veteran testified tinting is not automotive repair and the business is fundamentally different from a repair shop.

The adjoining property owner said she sees the garage bays directly but has experienced no noise or disturbances and doesn't believe the business changed the neighborhood's character.

The appellant testified about his garage layout, limited business footprint, low customer traffic of 10-12 vehicles per week in peak season, and six years of complaint-free operation at prior residential locations.
